Billing questions, answered
How am I billed?
Through Shopify, on your regular Shopify bill. You never give us a card. Prices are in US dollars; if Shopify bills your store in a supported local currency, it converts the amount for you.
Is there a free trial?
Pro has a 14-day free trial. AI Visibility starts when you subscribe, because every test asks AI assistants real questions on your behalf. To try it first, every store gets one full AI visibility report free inside Shopify every 90 days, and you can check your store on our site without installing. You can cancel any time.
What does "250 products per edit" mean?
It's per edit, not per store. On Free you can select up to 250 products for each bulk edit, as often as you like. Pro removes the limit and edits your whole filtered catalog in one go, in the background.
Is undo really free?
Yes. Preview, History and one-click undo are free on every plan. Every change can be undone for 12 months after you make it, and that stays true if you move between plans.
Does yearly billing save money?
Yes: two months free. Pro is $250/year instead of $300, and AI Visibility is $1,490/year instead of $1,788.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Any time, from the plan page inside the app. Shopify handles the billing change, and your History and undo stay with you on every plan.
How often does AI Visibility re-test my store?
Weekly or monthly, your choice. Scheduled re-tests are included in the plan, for every setup, with email alerts when your results change clearly.
Which AI assistants does AI Visibility test?
It asks the buying questions you approve to Claude, and to ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity as each is switched on. Every assistant is asked through its maker's API with web search, and each result says which assistants that test asked. API answers can differ from what shoppers see in the apps, so we say so next to every result.
Can I see how AI talks about my store before paying?
Yes. The free check on our site asks Claude a few buying questions about your category and shows how often it names you, in about two minutes, with no install.
